6 months agoI worked with Cathy H. and she was just phenomenal!! She was extremely delightful to work with, not only was she knowledgeable about all concerns I had in filling (because I didn’t understand some of the things I was entitled too) but went above and beyond making sure I understood everything and got the most I was owed. Cathy was super helpful, proficient and answered all questions I might have had. I’m so blessed to have found someone who Id trust with not only my taxes but also my family and friends! Thank you sooo much Cathy! You made the process fast and easy. Definitely will be returning every year!

5 months agoDid my taxes with them for the 2024 tax year as I’m self employed & did not want to risk a mistake doing it myself. I’m aware we pay for the service of getting your taxes filed but 950$ dollars to have them done is astronomical, specially when they’re not getting you back a CRAZY amount. Someone explain what drake software is ? & the lady that did my taxes told me “the advance is only like 40 dollars” so what is the 107$ charge for? HUNDREDS of dollars in hidden fees. See the receipt . Never coming back here. Also OFF TOPIC: Management needs to do a fingernail check every once in a while the lady that did my taxes looks like she walks on her hands.

I have no reason to lie but y'all listen to me this is the first time that I've had someone prepare my taxes for me so when I went in here I was a little skeptical and let me tell you they were extremely nice they explained everything so efficiently and to top it all off they were quick in doing it and when I left the EMPIRES PLACE I was feeling good because they explained everything to me....
