Staff was extremely rude and very unhelpful. Very disappointed! After reading Dmitriy's response to my previous statement that I experienced rude and unhelpful behavior from his staff: I rarely leave reviews or respond online, but my experience with this accounting firm warrants a clear and honest response. I encountered consistently rude and dismissive behavior from a staff member — behavior that was both unprofessional and entirely unexpected in a client-facing business. When I brought my concerns to management, rather than addressing the issue constructively, they responded with defensiveness and antagonism, only making the situation worse. There was no accountability, no effort to understand my perspective, and no sign of the professionalism one should expect when dealing with sensitive financial matters. What’s more troubling is the owner’s response to my initial review. Rather than engaging respectfully, he responded with insults, unfounded accusations, belittling remarks, and unfair innuendo. His reply included misinformation about the nature of my phone call to the firm, making assumptions that were simply incorrect. To be clear: my call had nothing to do with taxes. His suggestion that I am "irresponsible" for using a tax extension reflects not only a misunderstanding of the facts, but also a troubling level of contempt for clients who choose to utilize legitimate tax options. I had sincerely hoped to resolve this matter with respect and mutual understanding. Unfortunately, the firm’s unwillingness to listen or respond with professionalism has left me disappointed and concerned for others who may seek their services. If you're looking for an accounting firm that values its clients and handles concerns with integrity, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. 07/16/25 Update - Due to Dmitriy's ongoing unprofessionalism and personal attacks as evidenced by his continued aggressive responses made to me on this site, I have chosen to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Others need to know how Dmitriy treats clients who dare to make a complaint regarding his employees in general or his own aggressive behavior in particular. He continues to demonstrate a complete refusal to act in a professional manner, and seems unaware of the extreme nature of his angry, abusive, outrageous comments and responses to genuine, legitimate concerns.

I can’t say enough good things about Elite Tax and Accounting and Ruth Marrero! She went above and beyond to help me file both my business and personal taxes, and I was seriously impressed by her patience, expertise, and attention to detail—especially when dealing with my crypto taxes from Coinbase, which were an absolute nightmare to sort through. Dmitriy does tax returns for me personally and 15 of my companies, and I am EXTREMELY happy with his services...plus it's costing me quite a bit less than my previous accountant. 5 stars all the way and looking forward to a lifelong cooperation with Dima...definitely a blessing for me and my family

I have been going to elite tax services on Southside Boulevard for over 10 years. I thoroughly enjoy my experience working with my tax Specialist Dimitri. He does an excellent job and is an excellent listener. The fee that he charges is very reasonable. He makes the waiting room very comfortable for us with all the amenities. He and others who work here are also able to help us recover some money from our taxes. It’s a great fit for me. I will be going to him until he retires. I would like to refer all my friends to him. He does an excellent job. Love the staff easy location to get to fast preparation and accurate And a very good friend to Boot because he does look out for us.
