a year agoUnfortunately the service I’ve received has gone down hill tremendously. Tax returns with severe errors such as just putting the correct name on there going unnoticed. Had to do an incredible amount of leg work on my own to even get an answer on any questions about constant runarounds. Pretty much nobody cares.
