Reached out for both personal and business taxes. Had a very sales focused call with a young associate who tried to sell me on 2 of their programs. I declined and was informed that they do not take on tax clients unless you are in one of the previously mentioned programs.

It's also a plus that they are always extremely friendly and sound really happy to help me even on the days I have way too many questions for them.
