Horrible place to do business. Would not recommend, I live in the neighborhood and though it would be easy to stop by, the customer service is non existent and felt very uncomfortable. 0 stars
I arrived for my appointment and was made to wait almost half an hour past my appointment time. Already very unprofessional. They seemed like pretty nice people and I finally met with one of their representatives and it felt like I was being told whatever had to be said to me to enroll into their monthly plan. Their prices are absolutely ridiculous! $385 a month! I did some shopping around and found a very credible company who are even specialists in trucking which is the industry I'm in. They offered the same services Del Real did for $175 a month and even gave me tips on how to save money and reduce.my taxes for the following years. So my advice to all of you reading this is to SHOP AROUND! Do your due diligence. It pays off... LITERALLY!
I run a local medium sized business in the area and i am looking for a long term relationship to outsource our bookkeeping, wanting to start immediately. I called and the woman said the soonest i could talk to any one is a month out. I asked if they were looking for new clients and she said yes, but they have 5 slots per day for these consultations and everything is booked from July 25 until August 27 . I am not looking to 'save' on my taxes which seems to be their pitch and I would love to work with a local accounting firm but this is not a good start! Called other firms and i have calls scheduled for this week.
Updated - the owner did call and offered me an earlier appointment. Said she was traveling the week before. I had already had calls with other firms that went great from the start so I canceled and did say I would update the review. It was nice they told her I wanted an earlier appointment and she called.
Del Real Tax Group has been a life saver for us, always has great responsiveness, advice, follow through and has saved us thousands of dollars! We have been clients for a year and a half, and immediately saw a huge difference in our financials. Fantastic team, always ready! The accountants here are a great option for seasoned companies, but even more so for new and growing companies. Thank you very much Maribel and staff, outstanding job and we look forward to continuing business together as we grow as a company.
UPDATE: After two years of working with Del Real Tax Group, we are still super thrilled with all that they do for us. They continue to prove themselves as a professional team of accountants, with their clients’ interests always at core. Always working to make sure everything runs smoothly for our business.
