Have been going to Debbie's for years in the past and in the past couple of years had email interactions with Courtney DeMaggio who kindly filed extensions for me in 2024 and automatically in 2025. Very greatful and pleased with their services anytime I file taxes at their place. They accept walk ins, schedule appointments and even oferred to complete my taxes just by sending in the paperwork taking into consideration I was not able to physically make it to their office. Highly recommend them.

I have had 3 separate interactions with Debbie and each has been excellent. She provided us with excellent advice. Computed my taxes efficiently and her fees were the most reasonable professional fees I have ever paid. And, she made the painful process of paying federal taxes nearly painless.

Debbie pulled up ChatGPT during my 2025 appointment and was unprofessional throughout. When I later asked for an electronic copy of my records (only a paper copy was provided at the time), she tried to charge me an additional $25, calling it a fee for ‘employee time’ despite it taking her about 90 seconds on a phone call to email it over. I already paid for their services and representation; extending 90 seconds of courtesy should be basic customer service.

Debbie did an amazing job with our taxes this year. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. She took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure everything was handled correctly. You can tell she really cares about helping her clients and doing things the right way.
