Debbies is extremely busy from 5 star service. Book now and wait its worth the wait. You have to do the work it takes to get an appointment and follow up. Sitting in the parking lot after arriving 45 minutes early I watched 10 to 15 different people go in and leave. I was was like wow this place is really busy and had never paid attention. . I have been a customer of Debbies for several years now. Nick is my guy. The office staff is efficient and no nonsense. I am a tough customer that expects to be heard and listened to, everyone is customer service oriented and driven for the best customer experience. I know from experience good tax preparation and accounting is hard to find at an affordable price. Debbies is a smart choice and has ease of use . I have no idea why I have not reviewed earlier. Thanks Nick and crew yall rock!!!

I will NEVER use her again & reached back out to several people I was sending her as perspective customers to tell them to run. They can find someone more professional. Debbie completed the current year of taxes and 2 past years. My ex-husband & I were amicably preparing to file for divorce. The divorce would in no way effect any of the 3 years of taxes we were filing at that time. For the last 16 yrs we had ALWAYS filed with my name being 1st. With no good explanation & a VERY dismissive attitude towards me, she changed our tax returns to be my ex-husband 1st. 1st of all after a lot of years of trial & error my ex-husband & I realized that he simply did not have the mind for finances & preferred that I handle everything. Debbie was so dismissive of me. I felt like I was back in the 1950's. She said that normally they put the man's name 1st. I know good & well that it is best to just stick with the way that you have filed it for years. She even admitted that it could trigger an audit. Why make a needless change like that. It could have been a real issue. Thank God it wasn't in the end. What disgusted me is how she refused to interact with me but talk over & around me to address my ex-husband. I thought to myself, what kind of back woods crap is this. Debbie had done our taxes previously too. I went to this office because I thought it was finally time to get off turbotax and get my taxes done in person, and chose them for their great ratings. I drove 40 minutes out to my appointment and ended up being told they would not file for me because of a delay with an ex employer who delayed their reporting. When I asked when I could reschedule for I was told I would have to come back out a month later because of them being so overbooked. I then attempted to follow up via email to make sure the filing could be completed and was ignored. I schedule an additional staff member on my correspondence hoping it would apply some pressure and finally got a return phone call at 9:30 pm while laying down my kids. The team member said he would finally be sending over the tax return for me review, upon receiving it I noticed discrepancies that needed to be fixed and the adjustment took over a week. I asked for them to ensure the taxes were filed correctly with one more tweak and I never got a reply back. I followed up again after waiting another 8 days and being onto of the April 1 deadline (less than a week away) and did not get a reply. My husband ended up calling the office and they apologized mentioning that they were just too busy, and that is just fine! If you are too busy to perform the service I booked and drove for I will take my business elsewhere (I was also looking for someone to potentially manage books for my llc.) Back to turbotax I go! Who by the way only charged me 115 bucks compared to Debbies asking for 225+ to do our taxes. You live, you learn.

Can't speak more highly of Debbie's Accounting. I've been a client for over ten years. She has always provided impeccable service. More than that, she has a genuine care for others that expands past the service she is providing to you. For example, while filing my 2022 taxes, I was pregnant and the taxes got a little more complicated than the usual in and out. I casually mentioned i couldn't wait for lunch. Debbie jumped at the opportunity to fulfill my need. She literally shared with me, not one, but two tuna fish sandwiches. She's an angel of a person and her skills are unmatched!

After three years of trying different companies and being constantly disappointed in the urgency that the other companies lacked when preparing my return, constantly having to request extensions for no reason except, I was put on the back burner. This year, I decided to try Debbie’s. I didn’t have any expectations whatsoever as I’ve had so many bad experiences in the past, but I was pleasantly surprised when I heard what the cost was for my Fairly complex 1099 return. The young girl at the front of the office is a freaking rockstar. She’s a people person, appears to genuinely love helping people, even though I bet she heard a lot of really silly questions. The guy that prepared my taxes, Amir, was awesome. I was in and out of the office within 45 minutes and as I mentioned, my taxes are fairly complex, disorganized, and messy. He suggested things that I could or should, go home and take a second look out to make sure I wasn’t missing any deductions. I’ll be back next year for sure. Thanks y’all!
