I'm offering 2 stars as opposed to a single star only because I haven't seen her final filings. Having said that, Diana is clearly in over her head--we hired her to do our taxes and after months and months of waiting she simply filed an extension and then sent out a form email stating it was someone/something else's fault. If you get a response back at all it's days/weeks later in an email list of excuses. Highly disappointed.

I've been extremely pleased with the service I've received from Diana and her team. I had been with the former owner, David, since the beginning, and I was thrilled to learn about Diana’s extensive experience and her eagerness to truly understand my business, taxes, and financial needs. She has been wonderful to work with - personable, fairly priced, and consistently prompt in her responses. I highly recommend her to family, friends, and colleagues.

David Tepper was the CPA we had for several years before he sold his business. Our taxes were not properly filed for a prior tax year when he was still the owner. We were only able to get in touch with the new owner, Diana for help. She wanted to charge us $350 plus $150 to amend this despite the fact she bought the business (and clientele) from David Tepper. To be clear - we paid an LLC to do our taxes, they weren’t done properly, and the new owner wants us to pay almost twice as much as the original filing fee to fix? Insane. This is after she almost filed our taxes for the current tax year improperly. Unethical and probably not the best way to retain clients when you buy out a business.

David has done my taxes for a few years now, and he is always so fast and extremely thorough. Just an all-around pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

David was extremely helpful with our taxes in 2015. He is very thorough and knowledgeable, he even found deductions that our previous accountant, one of the nationally known firms, had missed. We will definitely be using his services in the future.
