With a keen sense of humor Craig walks us through the process that at best used to be anxiety producing, but since his tenure has become interesting and informative. 3 years agoI've used Mr. Bryant's firm for years but was disappointed with the service I received when filing an amended return recently. Communication was frequently slow and unresponsive, and when an important deadline was fast approaching I received zero proactive help in rectifying the situation. Will definitely not be using them in the future-plenty of qualified and responsive CPAs around.
