I've used Mr. Bryant's firm for years but was disappointed with the service I received when filing an amended return recently. Communication was frequently slow and unresponsive, and when an important deadline was fast approaching I received zero proactive help in rectifying the situation. Will definitely not be using them in the future-plenty of qualified and responsive CPAs around.

If you are a veteran DONT GO TO THEM!!!! We have been going to this business for a while. They took over the taxes when the business we used to go in Aberdeen closed. Big mistake. We tried to work with them and explained over and over the same situation of my husband. They didnt get it! We got screwed every year by them and started to owe a lot of back taxes which we never did before. They DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TAKE CARE OF VETERANS. So if you are a veteran don’t go there because you will owe crazy money to the government. They will mess up your taxes!
