Stay far away! David had been doing my mother's taxes for years. When she passed away, I decided to have him do my taxes to make it more seamless with her estate. That was 2021. Fast forward to this past fall when I first received a notice from the State that they had no tax return on file for me for 21, even though they had my payment. Thought it was a fluke until I received the same notice from the IRS. When I called Flanders' office I first was told by them that I was not a current client so they couldn't assist me. NO SIR. Kept on them and was finally told I would be receiving a check to mail in to the state and fed to take care of all the penalties. Not once did Flanders ever have the decency to call me, admit he screwed up by never actually filing the taxes and apoloigize. Just sent me checks in the mail. Unbelievable. Glad my mother was not alive to witness it. I can't help but wonder how much he may have taken my mother for. Disgusting.

Can't say enough good things about this business. We received our tax prep documents with plenty of time to prepare and make sure we weren't forgetting anything. Our taxes were prepared in a very timely manner. The front office staff is incredibly helpful and the whole process was smooth. We have been using The Flanders Group since they opened and have referred many of our friends to them as well!

David Flanders and his team are all very knowledgeable and make sure you are set up to get the most out of your return or at least not break the bank with what you owe. We had to show them what tax forms to use. Stay away from this group, one day you owe this much, the next day it's something else. This group is terrible. I would not recommend them to anyone.
