Horrible company. Have used them for years but after this year NEVER again. Totally changed since the father left. Had then prepare my taxes and then on the IRS website was informed my taxes were deposited. After three weeks of calls every single day to Derek, Shirley and reception (Amber) with no call back for assistance. I was told to write a check for the preparation services so they could have the money deposited into my account with the routing number and account number on my check. Well that never happened. I then had to work directly with the IRS agent (really hard to get an appointment) only to be informed my state and federal tax returns were both deposited into their account. The IRS agent was amazing and had me fill out forms for abusive tax return filing as well as lodging a formal complaint. They were also instrumental in contacting the bank and having the money withdrawn from their account. I also filed a complaint with the NH OPLC. Initially I was hoping it was just a mistake, but after weeks of calling every day and one day actually speaking with Derek who assured me he would find out what happened only to hear nothing back I realized it was intentional and that is why they never called back.

Unresponsive after multiple attempts to fix the tax return, and to file taxes. Did not file as required with the state of NH, and did not respond to the letters they sent. Avoids all responsibility for weeks and months. We switched 3 years ago to another accountant and are still addressing issues with him to this day. Unbelievably terrible communication and service; lack of I should say. Do NOT hire.

Had a very good experience with this place, just dropped off my taxes briefly went over a few things and it was done in a few days and got my IRS check less than a week from when they did the taxes very good experience.

Hired the company for our taxes. Everything was filed with no apparent issues but Derek also said that we needed to adjust our withholding for next year. After sending him my documents and following up multiple times by email and phone with no response, it was pretty clear that we should have waited to cut him a check.

Unbelievable no response just a blank strare in the headlights. DO NOT USE!!! Terrible company!! after 25 years it fell apart!!
