Furthermore there are also no violations of Google policies with regard to my previous review of one star with no included message. I have updated the review based on your response of: "I don't have any idea who this is or why they would leave us a 1 star review. This review should be removed from our profile." To respond " Update: so you admit that you are not a client and we have never had an agreement for services or provided services to you as a client/customer." Your lack of recognizing your business's actions have a direct impact on your "client/customer" employee's does not mean you are entitled to immunity from being scrutinized by those affected.
