My husband went to an initial in-person meeting for our small business and everything seemed great but our impression was quickly changed to one of frustration and disappointment. Here are a few issues we experienced: - Cynthia does not respond to email or voicemail in a timely manner. She would leave us hanging for days to WEEKS... if she responded at all. This was particularly pertinent when we emailed to ask that she halt work on a task, didn’t get a response, and then (of course!) got charged for hours of “research” on our invoice weeks later - invoices hundreds of dollars for items like “preparation” and “research” that never actually result in tangible information or documents... what exactly am I paying for here? As a small local business, we look for a CPA that understands our questions, concerns and budget. Cynthia did not show us that she had concern for any of those things. Our brief experience with her was very contrasting to the friendly, timely and affordable accounting we have had in the past.

I'm a business owner and I bring all my business tax preparation, SEP retirement planning, and business questions to Cynthia Quinn. Cynthia and her staff are extremely knowledgeable when I have business related questions. Their assistance is accurate, timely and helpful. I have recommended her services to several acquaintances, whom have also been very pleased with the services Cynthia provides.

Cynthia has been doing my taxes for years, and I have consistently been extremely satisfied. She always has an answer, even to complex issues. Cynthia is readily available and offers understandable explanations to tax inquiries.

FANTASTIC!!! I would give 10 stars if possible. After completing Federal, PA, DE returns I was stumped by the Kennett EIT return with both local EIT AND Wilmington City taxes with held. Keystone instructions and phone were of zero help. I explained my question and said since I didn't need taxes completed I would be willing to pay an advise fee. BUT not necessary. I was provided a very detailed explanation of how to file the credits as neighborly advise. THANK you so much for your kindness to this taxpayer. It was really appreciated and when I need CPA services you will be my first stop.

They failed to file 1099 for a house we sold with our tax return, which resulted IRS letter saying we own IRS a lottttttt of money. When we asked them to fix it, their attitude was 'has nothing to do with us' and 'not our fault'. Anyone who has a slight sense of business practice knows that is the worse response to address an issue with a customer. In the end, we were in their office multiple times asking them to get on the phone with IRS to solve the problem. I evaluate them as text book poor customer service and bad business practice. Incompetent and indifferent people like this group make others' life complicated and unpleasant, to say the least... Avoid them doing your tax if you can.
