Will not recommend, over priced, not upto date on current tax system. The CPA Mr. Cloyd is only interested in signing up customers and after that it becomes very poor communication, won't meet deadlines and poor business services, they will ask their payments on time but won't do their job on time, I discontinued using them but they charged me for even the things they didn't perform for my taxes.

Cloyd & Assoc. did our taxes the last 2 years after purchasing Donald & Co. For 2016 tax year we dismissed certain issues due to newness of the merger. However last year 2017 tax experience was not good. Mr. J. Michael Cloyd prepared our taxes from their Lexington office. First, our returns were not completed and we had to return a second time. The second time our returns were still missing the local LFUCG tax form needed for my wife's consulting (which was not new for 2017). We were charged a premium fee and expected much more than we received. This year we are switching to another agency.
