6 years agoCloyd & Assoc. did our taxes the last 2 years after purchasing Donald & Co. For 2016 tax year we dismissed certain issues due to newness of the merger. However last year 2017 tax experience was not good. Mr. J. Michael Cloyd prepared our taxes from their Lexington office. First, our returns were not completed and we had to return a second time. The second time our returns were still missing the local LFUCG tax form needed for my wife's consulting (which was not new for 2017). We were charged a premium fee and expected much more than we received. This year we are switching to another agency.
