a year agoOver priced. We had them do our taxes for several years. We paid every year. We had our past three years redone and found that we were owed thousands of dollars. They had not reported my painstakingly provided itemizations of our records. Very disappointed . Actually, the returns in 2019 and 2020 were what we had revised and we had refunds instead of the large payments we made There were also no instructions that there were several other things and money coming back to us. The 2019 returns were not itemized. Also we were not advised about what we could also itemize such as home improvement.
