CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen)

This was one of the most frustrating professional service experiences I've had. After our primary CPA who had just migrated to this firm (the only reason we shifted to CLA) then left after a short stay, there was no clear ownership of our business account. We were shuffled between multiple people, no one knew who was actually responsible for our return and communication was incredibly disjointed. The firm came across as highly bureaucratic, with little accountability or continuity. To make matters worse, you're paying premium fees for what is a very impersonal experience. Even basic things paying an invoice require manually entering multiple items from the invoice instead of using a modern payment process. I expected much better from a firm of this size and would certainly not recommend them. After this experience, I can't wait to see AI disrupt legacy firms like this that still think bureaucracy is a substitute for client service.

CLA has been an incredible partner. The team is professional, approachable, and always willing to go the extra mile. They combine deep expertise with a personal touch, making every interaction seamless and productive. It's rare to find a firm that cares this much about its clients' success. Highly recommend!
