Total lack of seriousness, professionalism, and basic manners. Total unreliability, and after paid for services timely, as well as provided with documentation very timely, a phone/email/text chase had to be done until he even considered the possible courtesy of responding. Only until politely asked to see him in his office, which he rejected immediately, was when he returned a call, during which his rudeness and lack of consideration were beyond any professional behavior.
