Capital Tax Preparation & Insurance

I walked into the establishment and was greeted with a Hola to which I replied Hi, I would like to schedule an appointment for my tax return. The lady at the desk responded with a grimace and without a word sneered once more as she abruptly left me standing there alone confused to what part of Hi, would like to make an appointment offended her. I am absolutely positive that the thirty one perfect 5 star reviews before mine are completely and totally legit. I am equally confident that the rest of the staff are polite and professional. I also expect my review to be followed by at least thirty one more A+ reviews. All I am saying is that my experience was less than pleasing, actually discourteous and disrespectful. No potential client should be treated in such a manner. Try being nice, it doesn't cost you a thing.

My mom has been getting her taxes done with Capital Tax Preparation for years. This was my first time coming for my taxes, and it was a smooth and pleasant process. Douglas answered all my questions with patience and thorough knowledge.
