2 years agoI have been working with Bishop & Adkins for our new practice and have been very pleased. The staff are very friendly and professional. I work directly with Stephanie who has helped me with many beginner questions with QuickBooks as well as handling our business return. I am very happy with the service they provide and highly recommend them.

2 years agoI have worked with Bishop & Adkins for nearly 3 years and have nothing but great things to say. I would highly recommend them to any business owner that appreciates an accountant with attention to detail and a genuine passion for their clients, no matter the size.

5 years agoIt was 2017 taxes. First, they filed my paperwork incompletely with the state, so I had to do that myself even though the accountant had been provided with all of the documents. I called to inform them about this, and they never called back. Second, I made it clear that my employer withholds my taxes, so I didn't need to fill out the estimated tax payment vouchers...but they were added to my tax packet anyway. Then, the state came back and said that I had underpaid, so I had to fix that. In the 3 years since doing my taxes myself, I have not had any issues like the ones I encountered with this company. Additionally, I used another accountant previously and never had any issues with them.
