They've set up my entire accounting system, helped me realize exactly what is going on in my business, and provide me with the information to make good decisions with my business. 4 years agoFiled all my long term liabilities under current. Loan to business all went to cost of goods sold. Go figured. Worst experience ever. They do not know ecommerce even though they claim they do. When asked, his only response is - " tax filling was based on all the information we had available, or you shared with us, at the time of filing." good luck. Even though the prior year tax return was properly categorized.
