Unprofessional and Rude I called to inquire about tax services, but before I could even speak, the person on the line cut me off with a blunt response about pricing. When I clarified that my inquiry was for a business, she snapped, "Well, you didn't say that!" Extremely unprofessional and dismissive. Even if that lady was the owner, it does not excuse the way to speak like that.
