I have used B&D Business Services for tax filing for my personal and small business taxes for several years with an exceptional experience every time! They are very thorough in every aspect and always take the time to answer your questions. I recommend them to everyone I know needing assitance with tax filing.

I have used B and D for many many years. Carol has always been friendly, competent and kind. I have enjoyed all of our interactions. This year Bill did my taxes and forget to include a chunk of my income. I found the mistake which precipitated redoing my taxes and requiring me to drive back down at a later time. The whole thing was an inconvenience and could have triggered an audit. Yet no compensation or discount was offered. I guess I will be finding someone else or I will be doing my taxes next year. It is a shame because I have been a loyal client for many years.

I have been going here for years, but this year will be my last. They have been extremely unprofessional and rude to me this tax season after making multiple mistakes. They have given me misinformation about my tax return on 2 separate occasions in the last 3 days. When I confronted the secretary about a mistake she made, she was rude and defensive. I HIGHLY advise you to take your business elsewhere, because these people don’t deserve it. Not to mention, this is the only tax service I’m aware of that makes you pay for your return out of pocket before receiving it. The secretary is uninformed and will gladly spew misinformation without actually going to check your file. Unprofessional, rude, and honestly not very good at what they do for a living. Steer clear and let someone who actually cares about their job do your taxes.

My experience with B&D was very unprofessional and very misleading. I asked detailed questions in regards to my circumstances and Bill gave me poor advice and wrong answers. Bill only informed me of everything that was wrong and did not provide any solutions. Talking to Bill was like being directed by a navigation system that only tells you when you made a wrong turn instead of directing you to your destination. My issues was fix by H&R Block. Bill and his staff made me feel like my business was not wanted there.
