a year agoLoved Jazz and The Manager I feel so bad I forgot his name but bother were so wonderful to do business with and I was recommended by word of mouth and they definitely will always have me as a client now. I talked forever with Jazz and the Manager we spoke so comfortably as well I highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for friendly , best service ever

4 years agoI'm very unsatisfied with service at this point. Upon my first meeting with the manager, he told me he would be able to get me a good amount back. However, I got a much lower amount than expected and was given an excuse for it, which I was never notified about before they filed my return. Then when I spoke to the manager about this matter, he had an attitude with me. I feel like for all of this I could have done it myself and not paid someone else to do it. Not satisfied at all.

5 years agoI had an excellent experience with the staff at American Tax in Statesboro, GA. Coming from a different state on project work here and having to file my taxes was effortless thanks to them. I was told and shown in detail the fees and they even took an extra step to help me find out if there were any discrepancies prior to sending the return electronically and not everyone does that for you. Thank you guys for being professional, courteous and transparent about all of the services you all offer.

4 years agoI like the business. But this year is terrible. Never had to wait for a loan on your taxes with river city bank. Nut since they switched to metabank. You have to wait and be picked by the bank. Not cool at all. I meed that extra money to do a little more for my baby girl and her school stuff

5 years agoI must say that I normally file my own taxes but I needed an advancement and I came here. The girls were honest and gave me a break down of all fees. They answered the phone when I called every time. This place is under new management this year and they have definitely improved.
