Michelle and Anne have done my taxes, personal and business, since they opened on Princess Anne. They are nothing short of amazing. I have added companies to my business almost every year since then. Michelle now does my monthly bookkeeping and annual taxes. I’m not the most organized and they still put up with me with a smile. They now have Whitney, who has an eagle eye for book keeping and reports. She makes me look good to my investors. Jessica mans the front office with a smile and quick responses. They are as timely and professional as when I met them with one LLC. They definitely have a large role in any success I’ve had.

Ann is the he absolute worst with customer service!!!! Rudest accountant and do NOT RECOMMEND!!! Refused to acknowledge she did not provide all the requested documents and took out her frustration on an EMPLOYEE all because she has an issue with the business owner. 10/10 do not recommend go somewhere else!

The ladies at Accounting Solutions are very nice, but after having errors on my tax returns for two years in a row, I regretfully must leave a poor review. The first year, Accounting Solutions included a penalty on my taxes that I should not have been penalized for. The IRS caught this mistake and refunded the money. The second year, Accounting Solutions made a deduction instead of a credit, despite having been informed that I should receive a credit. I caught this error after the taxes were submitted and then had to explain to the accountant how the IRS form instructions reflected she prepared the taxes incorrectly. It was a $3,000 error that I would have lost if not for my own research. I had to wait months to receive the refund after the amended return was filed.

After making a mistake filing my own taxes, the team here happily amended my return and was extremely fast. I will use them again this upcoming tax season.
