The Absolute Worse When starting to file our taxes they couldn’t be any nicer. A suggestion for Incorporating my business seemed like a smart move and for $500 they would expedite it. Well that was in March and half a year later in September I still have NO incorporation of my business. Calling the North Carolina office of LLC its only $125 and a timeline of 14 DAYS!!! Call after call goes without reply and the woman ( Denise) answers with an annoyed tone stating the filing will be ready when it’s ready. One time she claimed a certain document wasn’t signed claiming that was the reason ( she didn’t have me come into their office for said signature) I am now filing a complaint to the North Carolina Better Business Bureau and seeking a full refund of my $500

So Sad!! Met with Bob Spring of ‘25. He assured me he would assist with my back taxes in making all the contacts and negotiations on my behalf! Since meeting with Bob, he has passed me onto another lady in the office to reply to my NUMEROUS emails and phone calls. Leading me on to believe that he was working on them! We’re now into ‘26 and I after a few more emails and phone calls, the lady calls to tell me that Bob said to tell me, “that I just need to call the IRS” He couldn’t even call me himself!!!!! I’m not naming her because shame on him for putting her in that position!! Absolutely deplorable business ethics!!!!

The worst professional firm I have ever dealt with. Weeks with no response. No one seems to care you business in limbo while constantly making excuses or passing you off to someone else in the office who still will not get back to you. Do not waste your time dealing with them1

I have known Bobby Stewart for many years…. His service is ALWAYS IMPECCABLE!! I would never trust another CPA… Mr Stewart is top of the line!
