3 weeks agoSo Sad!! Met with Bob Spring of ‘25. He assured me he would assist with my back taxes in making all the contacts and negotiations on my behalf! Since meeting with Bob, he has passed me onto another lady in the office to reply to my NUMEROUS emails and phone calls. Leading me on to believe that he was working on them! We’re now into ‘26 and I after a few more emails and phone calls, the lady calls to tell me that Bob said to tell me, “that I just need to call the IRS” He couldn’t even call me himself!!!!! I’m not naming her because shame on him for putting her in that position!! Absolutely deplorable business ethics!!!!

3 months agoThe worst professional firm I have ever dealt with. Weeks with no response. No one seems to care you business in limbo while constantly making excuses or passing you off to someone else in the office who still will not get back to you. Do not waste your time dealing with them1
